At Cubito Bike Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required to process all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Gift cards and clearance or final sale items are also non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
Our support team will provide you with return instructions.
Do not return items without first contacting us for authorization.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs to verify the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
